• Sorry we do not accept rain contingent events.

• Deposits are non refundable.

• Cancellation and/or postponements after we receive a signed contract and up to 16 days prior to event, require a 50% kill fee.

• Cancellation and/or postponements within 15 days of the event require full payment.
